Hi All,
Azaadi ke month me Azaad Bharat ka passport renew karne ke liye samay aa gaya hai.
As I have recently completed the process for the Passport Renew of Indian Passport holders who are in the Netherlands so thought to provide the step-by-step update for Bhartiya Janta.

Below are the points need to consider when I applied:

• My passport was going to expire in the next 11 months.
• There was no address change in my passport. In case of an address change, you need to provide extra documents mentioned in the checklist attached to this blog.
• For specific cases, you can also check with IND on 088 043 04 30, From abroad at +31 88 043 04 30.

• Passport Original, of course, you need an undamaged passport.
• Resident Permit(Original for verification at VFS).
• Photocopy: Passport Front and Back and Resident Permit Front and Back photocopy with Self Attestation (Sign and date), Indian Passport pe INDIAN and RP pe Netherlands likh dena neeche.
• Filled Form of your passport application:
  https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/ >>> Choose Netherlands >>> Login/Create Account >>> "APPLICATION FORM FOR ORDINARY PASSPORT >> Re-issue of Passport > Normal Passport > 36 Pages.
  Important section:
  • Passport Printable Address use the same Indian Address and in Other Address, Details put your Netherlands Address.
  • Photo: Pehli bar passport me aacha picture aaya hai , The Requirement is 2Inch X 2Inch (Often 51mmX51mm) and of course not our Indian passport photo which you have or used in the Visa also when coming here.
  • Now, most important take an Appointment:
    Go to VFS Site > https://services.vfsglobal.com/nld/en/ind/ > Click Book an Appointment > Choose Centre > Amsterdam/Hague > **Choose New Category "Submission of non-visa application". Fill your Ram-Katha .

• Resident Permit does not need to be replaced or updated for your new Passport or Reissue of passport.
  
• When you will be updating/Extending the RP then you will require photocopies and required documents toh who future ka tension hai .
  
• Kharcha – 107 Euro at VFS center.
  
• In case any change in the application of Indian Passport you can do that on the go/create a new application at vfs center computer so don’t panic i.e. in case they suggest a change in application or you missed anything.
