- You can only get your Indian License back from the embassy After 6 months of submitting your Indian driving license at RDW. You must have gotten the letter when it was approved. (Letter also needed)
- You still have the original Acknowledgement letter from RDW ( Jo post se aaya tha ) and proof of application submitted to Gemmente. Scan and Keep
- There are alternate options if you don’t want a License, Either use mParivahan APP in India to show your DL digitally and no one can deny or ask for a physical copy, or from India get a Duplicate license. Sabka apna choice.
- VFS me collection appointment book karna mat , they will cancel or does not make sense. Jinko pata hai unko pata hai .

- Acknowledgement of RDW showing the date of submission of Indian Driving License/return of Document to Embassy of India, The Hague
- Payment of Bank Transfer (Print)
- Confirmation of Contact Details and Delivery address (Template in Drive Link)
- Declaration Form. (Template in Drive)
- Pehle to Bank Transfer: Make a payment of 43.51 Euros from your account to the below contact :

- Take the Printout of the payment.
- Prepare a mast File with the above documents and Sign on all documents (Driving License + Bank Transfer Print + Delivery and Contact Details + Declaration Form + RDW Letters )
- Ship these documents ( Go to Bruna or PostNL ) and they will give you envelope. Ensure you take the Tracking Number delivery method so you can track things and ship this to:

After a long wait I was able to take back my Indian License which was exchanged using 30% for NL License.
