    Hi All,
    So much to tell but during last month I was missing one thing that I do in India and we all hopefully do that which is Blood Donation.
    Kehte hai “RAKHT DAAN , MAHA DAAN” , Netherlands walo ko dikhae hum Isme bhi aage hai.
    Lets start the process :
    The simple way to explain in 3 points are :

    • 1) Apply for Blood Donation and test
    • 2) Get approved after blood test
    • 3) Take appointment for blood donation.

    Blood Donation Test and Register :
    • • There are many blood donation firm but the best I found is “Sanquin” is the best.
    • • First, Register yourself and answer simple questions by opening the link below :
    • Once confirmed you have to take Appointment for the Blood Test
    • Once you reach the center for blood test below are the steps will be done.
      • They will take your Passport for verification
      • They will ask you to fill the form which looks like below :

    General Form

    • Once done they will take your blood for test which will be tested for HIV, Blood group, your blood report, Malaria, rbc, blood level and other important and basic information.

    Notes from the Blood Bank :
    The steps you go through
    • You report to the counter with a valid proof of identity.
    • You complete the medical questionnaire.
    • The donor doctor will go through the questionnaire with you and measure your blood pressure and Hb level.
    • After this, four tubes of blood are drawn. We examine these for infectious diseases and we determine your blood group.
    • After an hour it is over and you are welcome for a cup of coffee or tea in our donor café.

    Blood Donation Report :
    • Once your report is ready usually in 2 weeks, you will get confirmation that you are approved after your blood test is all good. Yahi pray karo sab sahi aaye .
    Finally Donation :
    • • With Good news that you are new donor you will also get information for the upcoming camp for book your blood donation.
    • • You will fill some basic form and ready to give blood or plasma whatever is good.
      • o I did my part as below 😊 Feels like saving someone , somewhere.

    Pata hai kuch bahut aacha yaad aa gaya jo covid me suna tha –

    "सोने जा रहा हु, अपने घोसले की आखरी तह में, रात को कई बार जाग के फ़ोन देखूंगा,
    इस दर से सो नहीं पता के, पता नहीं कब जागना पढ़ जाये रात भर,
    पता नहीं कब किसके लिए अकेले में रोना पढ़ जाये ,
    पता नहीं कौन अभी इस वक़्त सासो के लिए किसी हॉस्पिटल की गली में पड़ा हो,

    ये भी नहीं जानता कितने इस डर में जी रहे के अगली सास आखरी तोह नहीं ,
    शायद दौड़ के अपनी थोड़ी साँस दे देता , पर मेरी साँस से कई सासे जुडी है ,

    सुबह अगर उठा तोह अपना फ़र्ज़ फिर से निभाऊँगा,
    आपका हाल लूंगा और
    थोड़ा सा मर जाऊंगा ! "
